I feel like I am giving too high a mark at 1 star. My order was supposed to be delivered in 5-8 days. It is now 22 days and still no socks. I tried online chat..no response. I emailed twice…no response. This was going to be a Christmas present. Maybe they will get here before next Christmas.

Was disappointed the quality and fit. The photo looked fine on the sock, looked like our pet but the socks really aren’t wearable, they don’t fit like a sock.

I ordered on December 7th, didn't recieve them till the 29th, clearly after christmas. It would have been nice to be notified that I wouldn't have recieved them till after the reason I bought them. Also I ordered the largest size and they were still too small for my husband who is only a size 11 mens shoe.

Never received my order Contacted customer service regarding their money back guarantee and two weeks later have not received a response.

There is no shape to these socks. It is one long tube. There is black where your heal is supposed to go, but where your ankle bends, there is just as much fabric as the heal. Also, I ordered a smaller pair for my 8 year old. The only difference between the adult size and the youth size is the length; they are just as wide as the adult pair. Very expensive for a bad pair of socks.

Like so many, I ordered 2 pair of their overpriced socks supposedly in time for Christmas. It’s now January 5th and I haven’t received them. There is no customer service phone number for this business. After numerous emails I have made a PayPal refund claim. Once that claim was made I received a bogus email from the business stating that my socks “were delivered”. They showed a “delivery” record from a company “estimating” a 12/31 delivery but stating that it was not a monitored record. I replied to the email, and received an error message that my reply was “undeliverable”. Hoping that PayPal comes through with the refund. I have records to prove all of this so hoping this helps buyers in the future. UPDATE: There is a number for customer service listed below: number9192415662. I called this number and Verizon said that it was not a good number. Then I received a call back from what sounded like a non-US call center with a very heavy accent. I have worked with call centers for over 2 decades and fully believe in global call centers. However, this agent said that I had to apply for a refund on a website. I typed in the website he gave me and my computer gave me a virus warning. He gave me another website and I received a warning that the site allowed others to take over my computer. I told him that I was not going further with that website and he hung up on me. PLEASE BE CAREFUL with this phone number. I am reporting it to my state attorney general for consumer fraud. I doubt that the number will be good 10 minutes from now.

I’m sorry, these are terrible! Some sort of weird synthetic not very stretchy fabric. They are completely unwearable and it is hard to even tell that the image is of my dog!! A complete waste of $26.

Issues with the socks when we received them. Cannot make out the images of the dog. Tried to contact them several times with no success. Seems like a money grab
