I still haven’t received my order been a month I ordered it on 11/13/20 for Christmas sent a few emails the responses were auto response type response....the last one I am still waiting for a response Hoping it’s worth the wait maybe for Easter

I ordered these socks a month ago and still have not received them. I finally got a shipping notification last week, however the link does not work, and I still have not received the socks. I am very disappointed.

Never got my socks
Never got my socks. They shipped it twice and still nothing. Missed my girlfriends birthday and Christmas. Communication is brutal

I didn't receive anything!
Ordered some socks a month ago, the tracking system tells me everything's arrived on the 10th of Dec. but no courier left me anything...

Ordered on 11/20
Ordered on 11/20. On 12/13 a shipment label was created. Nothing has happened since and it is 12/18. Been communicating with customer service team but doesn’t seem to be making a difference.

Item shipped after 1 week of order. Took 18 more days to get to me. Was a birthday present and arrived 3 days after the birthday. The socks are cheap and uncomfortable. A lot of money for what you get. Won’t order again.
