Still waiting for my order...a month later
Ordered a month ago and still don’t have my item. My order was stuck in the pre-shipment phase for two weeks and I had to reach out to see what was going on. My original order was then cancelled and a second order was initiated (free of charge). They told me I should be getting shipping info within 3 days. When I didn’t, I reached out again for them to basically to say it will come eventually. Don’t order from this company if you have a deadline. Hopefully the item is worth the wait, but regardless I’m really disappointed. UPDATE: 7 weeks later I finally received my order. Item is definitely not worth the wait. Way overpriced for some cheap pair of terrible socks. Stay far away from this company.
