Order not received
I placed my order on November 21st and I still not received it. It is now December 19th. My order number is 2395480. Supposedly it was shipped on November 7th and the tracking number provided states that it's was received in Atlanta on December 4th. However, I still do not have my item. Please find out where it is and ship it to me immediately so that I have it by Christmas time. Otherwise, I would like a full refund.

I have been very disappointed in not…
I have been very disappointed in not receiving the right product that I ordered. I received somebody else's socks with a picture of their cat on it. The customer service has never responded to me and the email for customer service said that it wasn't functioning. I also tried to log in to my pup Socks account and that also threw me out even after I re set my password. I am hoping that somebody will get back to me as I am still waiting for 2 pairs of socks for Christmas.

I still haven’t gotten my socks yet
I still haven’t gotten my socks yet, so I’m not sure why this review was sent to me to fill out. Either way, maybe putting out what is now a sixth or seventh call for help will get me the help I’ve been looking for? I placed my order on November 21. On December 10, I received an empty package that was stamped by USPS saying it was received empty. This means the envelope was put out for delivery without my purchase in it. I immediately filled out the customer service form, tweeted about it, and messaged about it on Facebook. I was trying to get it resolved so that I could still maybe receive this Christmas gift. I did not hear back from anybody until December 16th, saying I could get store credit or a replacement. I responded almost immediately asking for a replacement. It is now December 19 and I sent a follow up email asking why nobody has responded to me yet. It has been almost a full month since I placed my original order. I do not recommend this company. Their lack of care and response to the customer is not worth it. I asked for a refund because this was meant to be a Christmas present and will clearly not arrive by Christmas. I have gotten no response offering the refund I would like or just any help at all. Who knows when or if I will hear from them at this point.

These are so bad the kids think it's funny - I am not happy
Honestly, our pupsock blankets were VERY disappointing. I sent 4 photos of our dark brown dog and asked them not to use any that didn't look good. They used all of the photos. Only one photo looks okay on the blanket - the others just look like black blobs (or one looks like a black blob with teeth - you can't see any definition, so you can't see his eyes or any of his colouring. They should NOT have used those photos. I paid a lot of money for 2 blankets (one for each kid). They were so disappointing, but it's Christmas, so I gave them to the kids. The kids think it's funny because the blankets are so bad. They say they'll re-print them if you mail back the originals, but the return shipping will be expensive, and I'm sure the next blankets will be just as bad.

I received someone else's order
I received someone else's order. Sent 3 emails to the company and still haven't heard back from them. Can't find a phone number for the company. I will most likely dispute the credit card charge at this point. Very disappointed to say the least.

Disappointed
I have been sent an email to provide a review when I still have never received my product, which I can try to understand at this time of year. Order placed Nov 21 today is Dec 19 still nothing. What I find unacceptable is that I have reached out by email, Facebook and Instagram to ask about status and have not received a response. They have had my money for a month, I have no product and am now being ghosted (except an email asking me to provide a review!)

As much as I wish I could give You the highest rating, unfortunately, I still have not received my order - it's been more than a month, but according to tracking information nothing has changed. I'm very sad because I hoped to surprise someone very special on Christmas with very special socks.
