The facemark was HORRIBLE and NOT worth the money AT ALL. No structure, didn't cover the face, worthless piece of fabric with two loops attached to it. The only reason it gets two stars instead of one is the pup's face was adorable and printed well. The quality of the product itself was BAD. We also ordered the socks, those get 4 stars.

They did not not follow my request for the designer or inform me that they weren't going to follow the request. Also the blanket arrived reeking of perfume. I will not order from them again.

UPDATE: after several emails that went unanswered I wrote this bad review and then suddenly I received an email, and an actual order came shortly afterwards. It’s just in time for Easter! Four and a half months after ordering. I am happy with the product that arrived and I’m happy that it wasn’t a scam. If you choose to order be sure to follow up on the order and give them lots of time. Ordered a few pairs of Custom socks for Christmas ordered them in November 2020 but now it’s February 2021 and I still have not received them I have emailed several times about this and have not received an answer however I did get this email asking me to do a review so here I am doing a review I really feel like this company is a scam I would not order custom socks from them they do not answer their emails and they do not produce the product that was paid for.

Gave them a second chance. They offered to send me a refund or redo the socks. I opted to have them try again. They sent me the exact same thing. Nothing different. They did great on two others I ordered. If given the option, take the money.

- more then 2 months delivery time (Okay, US -> Europe, Xmas time, but still too long) - badly cropped photo (with no chance to review before shipping) - hair cutted from the face, so the girl's head is bald

Eric
Not socks you'd actually wear. The pictures on them are great but the socks themselves are poor quality and uncomfortable. The family members I bought these for loved them at first but never actually wear them because the socks are no good. Too bad they don't offer choices of sock, including some good quality, comfortable ones. The blanket is great though.

The images on the socks were spot on and super cute. However, the socks themselves were not socks. The material is unwearable and I feel the money was wasted on these socks.
