First issue is that my order took forever to ship out and therefore didn't arrive in time for Christmas eventhough I ordered it way in advance. Second (and bigger) issue is that I ordered two socks with different pictures on them. One of the socks arrived correctly and that one is good, but the other sock isn't the one I ordered, not the picture I sent. Looks like I got someone else's sock with their pet on it and I didn't get the one I ordered. I sent a message to get this resolved a few days ago and haven't heard back yet. Losing faith that I'll get the other sock I ordered and paid for!

I paid for 2-day air shipping before Christmas and have yet to receive my order and have received no response from to Pupsocks regarding my messages submitted online.

The order was supposed to be delivered by 12/22 at the latest and it was not and I was not able to give the gift for Christmas and now I have to pay to mail it.

I ordered these on Dec 12 as they said they ship in 2 days. I just received them on January 3. Needless to say - too late to give as a gift. Very frustrated. Quality seems fine, but they all use the same printer - I'm going to opt for another company that delivers as promised next time.

Poor customer service. I haven’t had a single email about my issues answered since December 17th. It has been iver 2 weeks without receiving one of my orders and not one email or question has been answered.

Delivery took over a month. Photo has top of dogs head cut off. Socks seem low quality. Save your money.

Order has not arrived and I never received any updates

Unfortunately, these "socks" were just tubes, they didn't fit at all as they don't have a bigger section for the heel. Totally unwearable, not worth the money at all.
