Ordered my socks more than a month ago and still never received it. Got given a shipping number but it doesn’t tell you where the socks are or if they’re even shipped. Never going to buy from this company again.

I placed my order November 10th as very special gifts this year for Christmas from Santa and STILL have not received them or any shipping information. I have been in contact with a representative who credited me a very small amount and re issued my order 2 weeks ago and again STILL have not received any new information regardingy order and have not heard back from the representative after multiple attempts. I am so very disappointed as this was the only thing my daughter who is 6 asked for from santa this year. I absolutely would not ever recommend this company.

USPS never showed receiving my order. Contacted customer service, was told they would redo my order and ship it out. Still no order and still no refund, after being told to cancel it after 2nd order was not shipped either. Instead of contacting me about my order or refund, I get contacted for a review! Before placing an order, look them up on the BBB. A lot of complaints, no action. I realize this review will not be published, as they only want positive reviews so they can keep taking unsuspecting consumers money. However, if somehow, by the grace of God, it gets published. . . DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

This was the worst service ever. I haven’t received the socks jet and when i’ll try to contact you, i have no response what so ever. I was very excited first cause the concept is brilliant but unfortunately you couldn’t deliver.

I placed an order for Christmas gifts in November but still have not received the items (12/19). When I emailed customer support, I received a response that essentially blamed the USPS. Pupsocks has offered no resolution, which I find very disappointing! I keep receiving email reminders to review my purchase but since I haven’t received anything, this is my review. I would give zero stars but that is not an option ... I’m extremely disappointed and will never order from Pupsocks again! At this point, I would just like a refund!

Terrible customer service. I ordered a pair of socks and they lost the order, promised another order, and promised still another order but as of 12/19/20 I still dont have a shipment notification. The original order was placed over 1 month ago. I'm very disappointed and will likely never order again. This was supposed to be a Christmas present.
