Extremely slow customer service and the estimated times are delayed twice .. I wouldn’t recommended if you are in a rush or a time frame

This has been the most expensive and painful pair of socks I’ve ever bought! The company sent me the wrong socks (wrong pattern and SOMEONE ELSE’S DOG!). Worse, customer support is so backed up I cannot get a hold of anyone to get it fixed. I hope whoever has the socks that I ordered is enjoying them! So disappointed in what I thought would be a go-to gift vendor!

Wow! Are you serious! You want me to give a review?! Of what exactly? I ordered a blanket on Nov 21, got a shipping email on Dec 5 and have heard nothing since! This is a scam company, who don’t deliver a product and who just take your money. Stay far away and do not order from PupSocks!

I have not received my order, despite ordering early. I reached out to Pupsocks per their recommendation on an earlier request for me to review their product, and did not hear back from them (I reached out over a week ago). I haven’t had an update from their delivery service since Dec 10th. If they can’t handle the volumes, they shouldn’t keep advertising to order last minute. I certainly hope I get the order as this was my stepson’s only gift to his Dad for Christmas. He will be heartbroken.

I ordered a Christmas gift for my husband on November 13, 2020. Just one pair of socks with a photo of our cat. Very simple. On November 17th, I received an email saying that my order would be delayed. If that was acceptable, do nothing and it will be shipped as soon as it is ready. I figured it would still get here in time so I did nothing. I still have not received my order nor has your company emailed me that you have even shipped my order. I am very unhappy. Elizabeth Taylor

When I received my order it was not what I ordered, not my pets. I have emailed support 3 times with no response and can't find a phone number to call. All emails are supposed to be responded to in a few hours according to the site and it has been 4 days.
