Hello! We apologize for the late arrival and it not being there onetime for Christmas. It's unfortunate to see that the material of the custom product didn't meet your expectations. We strive to always find and use the best materials when crafting our Socks. We make our socks with the intention of them being novelty items but they can be worn. We do appreciate the time you took to give us a review, it's a growing company and this let us know what we need to improve on. Believe me, our main focus is to make our customers happy and for them to have a memorable gift. We value and appreciate your business.
