I was so excited to get these socks for my BF who LOVES his dog. You can imagine my disappointment when they arrived and we couldn't even tell what the picture was of. It was a dark shape that maybe resembled a dogs head but there was no face. Will not recommend or buy again!

Not only did I receive it WAY to late, the image is too dark🙄I emailed many times and would’ve loved to have had a response! If the image theme to dark when I sent it it would’ve been nice for someone to let me know and I could’ve sent a different Imogen so the face wasn’t so black you can’t even see it’s the dog. I will never purchased from you again or recommend sorry I was really excited about this as well

I've sent 3 different emails and have yet to hear back from someone about my order.

I ordered some items on 12.17.21. Never received by Christmas as promised by the guarantee. Sent an email to get assistance on 12.29.21 and nonreply. I plan to escalate the issue to Better Business Bureau.

The dog is all black and blended into the sock. You cannot see her face at all. I want to return them.

The print is horrible and the socks are not socks at all. Trash

Order arrived after Christmas after they said they guarantee delivery by Christmas or your money back. Product was also terrible and low grade quality. Contacted multiple times with no response. Contacted BBB and will be contacting a lawyer to contact other customers who have had similar experiences

I have sent multiple emails saying what a disappointment the socks are. I will not order from you again and will be sure to pass along what low quality the items are. I asked for a refund. But I have bit heard back from the emails I have sent.
