Typically, international orders to New Zealand can take anywhere from 10-35 business days to arrive once produced, unfortunately this time frame does include holiday shipping delays. After taking a look at your order, it looks like your order has been stuck in pre-shipment with Asendia since 11-25, which tells us that your may have been lost.
