BEWARE! This has been the worst experience…
This has been the worst experience ever. Not only did it take 3 weeks for me to receive my order, trying to speak to someone in customer service has been a nightmare. To top it off, the quality of the socks is horrible. I ordered youth sizes and they are HUGE . There is no way they will fit my kids feet which is such a bummer. Honestly, I'm not even sure they will fit mine or my husbands feet. The material is of very poor quality as well. Very disappointed and would NOT recommend this product or company ever.

BUYER BEWARE
BUYER BEWARE! Like so many others, i placed an order in November thinking that i had plenty of time to receive it before Christmas. The item says it was shipped, however it's been in "pre-shipment" tracking status since 12/12 and it's now 12/21. The worst thing is the terrible customer service - emails are either not returned at all or take several days to receive any response. Needless to say, my Christmas present will not be here in time even though they promise "items to arrive in 5-8 business days". BUYER BEWARE!

A month later and still don't have…
A month later and still don't have them. Likely won't have them for Christmas gift. Never using them again.

Terrible
Terrible. Still don't have my order and I ordered on November 22. They are saying it was delivered. They haven't answered one of my emails and there is no phone number. Now I have no gift for my nephew and my sister because they haven't responded. Tried calling a number that someone else posted on the reviews, but as soon as the guy (that was clearly in another country with kids in the background) asked me give him my credit card number to confirm my order, I knew it was a scam. Worst customer service ever.

Make sure to order 2 months before you want it.
I ordered 6 blankets total for my nieces and nephews on Nov 15 to make sure I received them by Christmas. They made a mistake on one of the blankets. It took a couple days for them to respond to my email about the mistake, which they did state because of Covid...that is fine. The one positive was that they said they would reorder the blanket no charge to me. That was on December 5th and they said I would get an email with tracking number in a couple days. I thought, "great, it should still be here by Christmas". NOPE. On December 10th, no email with tracking number so I emailed and asked. No response. On December 15th, I emailed again--no response. On December 18th, I emailed again begging to know what was going on and I finally received a response. Basically, they said it would not be here by Christmas:( Now I am one gift short. I feel like if they made the mistake they should make sure to fix it ASAP. They told me at least a 15 day turn around but I am getting emails that say if you order on Dec 20th, you will get it before 2021---That is an 11 day turn around. It is a cute and soft blanket but I will not use them again because of this experience. If you use them, order the blanket 2 months in advance in case they make a mistake.

Poor Customer Service
I placed an order in November for a pair of socks. I received [2] emails with questions pertaining to my order and I answered both emails in a very timely matter. I have since had no response from PupSocks. I sent an inquiry email out and was told I would receive a reply with 72 hours, it has been way past that now. Some of the poorest customer service ever. You don't mind sending me daily emails trying to sell additional products, try getting my first order correct if you'd like future business.
