I am very disappointed in my purchase and in the company’s customer service in response. I ordered a pair of small socks as a Christmas gift for a friend. When they arrived, they were HUGE. The company was quick to offer a replacement in a smaller size, but when those came they looked no different from the first pair. I tried the socks on, and not only did they look ridiculous, they bunched uncomfortably at the ankles and fit like no sock I’ve ever worn before. When I informed the company I wasn’t happy with the purchase, they offered me a refund, minus the customization fee, in the form of store credit! As if I’d want to order another pair of oddly shaped, ill-fitting socks again! Now I’m out the money and the Christmas gift for my friend. I will never order from this company again.
