It is very exciting to know that you loved the custom product and our customer's happiness inspires us. We do want to apologize for the delay of your order and that it didn't get to you by Christmas. there are certain things that are far fetched from our control, like the COVID-related delays and it being the holidays, the time frame was extended more than we really expected. Hello there, We apologize for the long wait for your order to get there and its unfortunate to see that the size of the custom mask didn't meet your expectations. We strive to always find and use the best materials when crafting our masks. We make our masks with the intention of them being one size fits all and a novelty item but, at the same time, they can also be worn. We are working tirelessly to improve daily and fix any issues that are presented to us. We do appreciate the time you took to give us a review, it's a growing company and this let us know what we need to improve on. Believe me, our main focus is to make our customers happy and for them to have a memorable gift. We value and appreciate your business.
