I placed my order on 11/23
I placed my order on 11/23. I still haven’t received it. I have reached out several times. One the third request for assistance, I was told you are a small business and need additional time and understanding. While I appreciate small businesses, good customer service is required. I was told my blankets are done, just waiting on shipping. According to your site, they are still in production. I have no idea what to think or if these gifts will arrive by Christmas.
