Poor quality material, too small for average man’s calf width although large around foot at correct size, image distorted and ribs in socks show white fabric, social media ad said arrive in time for holidays, took three weeks to arrive and missed all the holidays!!

Pupsocks does not deliver on its promises, possible consumer fraud I would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered on December 8, 2021 and they were promising delivery by Christmas, never happened. On December 9 I got an email that my socks were "in production", and then nothing until Christmas eve when the socks were finally "shipped". In the interim, I changed my shipping address because it was clear the socks were not going to arrive in time for me to leave to visit family in another state for Christmas. The Pupsocks website allows you to easily change the shipping address, so I figured that even if the socks were delayed, at least it would be mailed to the eventual recipients. Nope, Pupsocks never actually changed the address and they were ultimately delivered to my home, when I wasn't home, after New Years. I finally get back from my trip, open the package, and the socks look terrible. They were way too dark and you could barely see the dogs faces. I did the "face mash" pattern. I expected the black dog to possibly look dark, but not the white and tan dogs as well. They do not provide you with an opportunity to review the design before they print, you just have to "trust" Pupsocks. Ultimately, the socks were a terrible quality, look bad, arrived late, and cost over $250 for 9 pairs. Also, I ordered different sizes for kids and adults, but only received large mens sizes. Also, Pupsocks entices you to purchase these items promising you'll get it by Christmas, that they look and feel great, and are fun gifts. The reality is the exact opposite. And customer service is non existent. The email address "shuts down" frequently, there is no number to call, and they conveniently "do not give refunds" When customer service finally responded to my emails, they asked me for the tracking number and said "well the socks were delivered, so you're welcome", failing to respond to any of my aforementioned complaints. Also, shouldn't Pup socks have the tracking number? They are the ones who gave it to me! Presently, I asked them to review what I previously emailed them and try responding again. Who knows if they will. Then I got an email from Pupsocks asking me to review their products and service, so here I am! Pupsocks is an absolute scam. Do not buy.

Ordered on 12/13 with disclaimer they would arrive by Christmas. It’s 1/5 and they still haven’t arrived and customer service never responded to my inquiry. The status says they shipped on 12/22, but no tracking is available. Can’t actually review quality as they haven’t showed up.

I wish there was a way to see the product before it is sent. The socks I ordered were way too dark thus making the face extremely hard to see. Was quite disappointed.

Poor customer service. No one will respond & tell me where my order is. They're always "busy"

Ordered as a gift the week before Christmas, paid for the “2 day or money back guarantee” option…. It’s now 4th of Jan, no sign of the socks or correspondence so I have opened a PayPal case for a refund. Not even 100% sure this is a real company.

Paid for 2 day shipping and it showed up 2 weeks late. Messaged you contact off the website and never received an answer back. Literally worst customer service ever and product isn't that great

couldnt get them before gaurented shipping time almost $11 extra postage then after at least 10 tries to get a response and any help it was all nada. then In january I ask for refund of shipping fees but they saiid i never even paid for orders, two orders. After i corrected thier craziness they shipped. But they did not cut one picture right that i gave specific details on it, And this one will really seal it..... i got 2 pair of socks not mine. i dont even own a cat. anyone want a cat pair and a blonde looking dog. crazy. i want my socks. my shipping refund and the order even went to my address not my sons address on order for xmas
