I made two purchases on the 24th Nov, having previously asked if that was enough time to reach Europe. I was told 2 to 3 weeks max so I made the purchase. As of the 22nd Dec one has supposedly been sent nearly two weeks ago but never arrived, and the other is marked 'in production'. I have tried at least 6 times to contact PupSocks and had no reply. I then cancelled the order that hadn't been sent and sent an automated message saying I would get a 60% refund! For their own error at not complying...not good. And meanwhile I will wait and see if the other package arrives....
