I ordered the with a photo of 2 cats in one photo. I chose "two animals" when asked in the ordering, yet socks came with only one cat face on them. Very disappointing.

Socks arrived 15 days from order. Was excited to get them, as I put a lot of thought into this for my wife. Opened the package and 💩. The size wasn’t even close, I can’t even describe how bad the material is and there is no shape to them. What IS funny is I just read a review from someone who got two pairs. One of someone’s cats and a blonde dog. Well i got the other pair of those cats (we don’t have a cat) and the blonde dog they have is probably mine. Pup sock’s email pings back undeliverable, so I’m left disputing the charge. I should have read reviews before ordering 🤦‍♂️

I paid for shipping to be delivered by Christmas, I got these on the night of the 31st. The image is not clear, small, and blurry. The socks are really bad quality, especially for the price. They are thin, and cheap material. I think one time in the wash and they will be ruined. Awful quality and awful service. I’m incredibly disappointed as I was so looking forward to these as gifts for my family. I feel completely ripped off.

First, the customer service was terrible. They couldn't adjust my total when I forgot to add my 30%off. They wanted to give me 20% off MY NEXT PURCHASE. Which there will not be one. AND the material on those socks is not anything any human would want to wear. Waste of money.

Still waiting for the socks. Have been told they would be here prior to Christmas and have still not received them. Not the service I am used to from this company.

The socks arrived after Christmas, which was disappointing. Sizing was a huge issue, they fit very weird and run small. Half of the family can’t wear them. Very poor quality. The image of my dogs face came out good. Would not recommend based on small/weird sizing and poor quality.

I have never received this order and continue to get unrealistic delivery notices saying the package has been sent -- but no changes in tracking for over 10 days. Bull.

I ordered a pair of these as a Christmas gift. On their website, it said that orders before a certain date would guarantee a Christmas delivery. I ordered 13 days before Christmas and according to this company, it was plenty of time. The delivery didn’t arrive until 4 days after Christmas. The socks are uncomfortable and the photo of my pets turned out so ugly. I sent 5 emails to customer service and got no reply as of yet. This company has horrible customer service at best and is a total scam at worst. Don’t waste your money!
