Order never shipped
I ordered these socks on November 13th. Received a email that the order shipped on December 18th. Still no tracking history that the order was shipped. Poor business practice if this company is even legit.

I still have not received my second…
I still have not received my second order and it is 2 days out from Christmas, these socks were a present for my daughter. How disappointing! I ordered way back on the 25th of November. Order number 2415418. I paid $77, and I am waiting on 3 pairs of socks. can someone please contact me or email.

2 months later and still haven't received my product...
I ordered my blanket on November 5th. I was so excited for it to come in the mail as it was a Christmas present for my sister. On December 5, I got a shipping notification with a tracking number. It is now December 22 and it hasn't updated in 8 days and I still don't have a package. According to the shipper it is still in Florida. I am no longer certain this is actually coming in the mail.....

Very disappointed
Placed my order more than a month before Christmas, and I am not scheduled to receive it until the day after Christmas even though they assured me I would receive it prior to Christmas. They blame it on some sort of technical issue, though they don’t explain that, and of course, COVID. Very disappointed.

Product took too long
I ordered my item 4 weeks ago. It was the first present I purchased online this year and its the last to arrive. There was no communication about the progress until today, when I received an email that my item has shipped. Your website said next day shipping at the time of my order. Any kind of notification would have been nice so I could have planned to not have these by Christmas. I am still looking forward to receiving these, but very poor customer service and communication. I will not be purchasing again.

Never received and won’t refund
I ordered a pair and they never arrived. They won’t refund my money (it’s the post office's fault) and won’t take responsibility to make their customers happy. I would never recommend using these guys. Find a stand up company instead.

Unfortunately I was sent the wrong…
Unfortunately I was sent the wrong order and after emailing them about the mistake I never received a new order number or communication that the correct socks were being sent. I sent another email requesting an update and didn’t reman answer-now it’s too late to even order from another company for the Christmas gift 😔
