Haven't received my order yet
Haven't received my order yet. Placed order Nov 17th. Sent an email. No one has gotten back to me. These were xmas gifts. Very disappointed.

One month later and still waiting to ship...
This is just an initial review as I have yet to see my order which I placed on November 23. My first two inquiries as to order status went unanswered then I was told about shipping delays due to USPS backlog but as of today my order is STILL ‘in production’. I figured an entire month would be enough time to receive my order before Christmas but I’ll be lucky just to receive it before the new year. I’ll revise my review after I finally receive my items.

Disgusting customer service
Disgusting customer service. Ordered an item on 12/4/20, with the advertised promise that I would get this before Christmas. This company took my money but never placed an order, what a joke. I have emailed them consistently with no response whatsoever. We are in a pandemic, how the hell do you advertise BS that you can not fulfill, let alone not respond to your customers.

I haven't received my socks yet. I ordered them November 13th (Order #2353501) for Christmas - I got an email right away saying that they were behind and haven't been updated since. ????

Don’t place an order if you’re actually hoping to receive it!
After waiting two weeks for my order to even ship, USPS has now listed my package as being in “Pre-Shipment” for TEN DAYS. When contacting customer service, I first received canned responses blaming the delay on the postal service (even though “pre-shipment” means that USPS has not received the package, only a label has been printed). Now, they’ve just gone dark and I’m receiving no answer at all. I place the order as a Christmas gift on December 3rd. Now, on December 22nd, I have no hope of seeing it before the new year... and the company doesn’t really seem to be in any hurry to make it right.

Very unhappy with my purchase
Very unhappy with my purchase. Sent in 3 pictures of my pets and two came out great, the third animal was a black blob with no eyes!
