I would love to give a true rating but never received.
I would love to give a true rating on the product but as seeing i never received it and several attempts to contact PupSocks with no luck. I wish i could do worse or better but know product to even see.

Pupsocks is a scam
Pupsocks is a scam. I ordered on December 3rd and have not heard anything since. My package still has not showed up. I have sent them multiple emails and they haven’t responded to a single one. Avoid them at all costs.

Stay away from this company
Stay away from this company! I ordered my socks on Nov 18th at which time they were advertising next business day shipping. It is now Dec 23rd and I still have not received my order! Multiple attempts to reach the company have gone unanswered and now my emails come back "undeliverable." They sent an email saying my order finally shipped on Dec 14th but the tracking number showed that a shipping label was generated that day but the package was never received at the shipper until a week or so later so the Christmas gift I order on NOVEMBER 18th that advertised next day shipping will not arrive until AFTER CHRISTMAS. False advertising, terrible customer service and excessively slow shipping. BUYER BEWARE!! There are several other companies to get the same type of product from. Don't make the same mistake I did - choose a different company!

I have not received my order placed in November. I have written 2 emails with no response. According to your tracking system, my order went into production on November 18th and never shipped. My gift will not be here in time for Christmas, what's to like?

NO QUALITY CONTROL_WRONG PHOTO
Item purchased in production status for weeks. Finally received the package after seeking shipping details from Customer Support. Received face mask with someone else’s dog on it. Haven’t received a response to two inquiries made. Too late now to correct before Christmas. Want a refund as the item looks cheap anyway. $25 down the drain. AVOID
