Biggest gripe was the awful delivery - I understand it's international shipping but for the price I paid there's no excuse for my order to be sent to the UK via Switzerland and take nearly a month. Quality wise the socks are utterly horrendous. The printing isn't bad but the socks themselves are basically unwearable, I imagine they'd be like wearing bin bags on your feet. In conclusion, pupsocks are only good for the 30 second reaction to whomever you gift them to. Great idea very poorly executed.

I understand that this is a season unlike any other with everyone ordering online. But I placed an order on November 27th and the online tracking still says it is in production. For a company to say you can not have a refund after three hours of ordering because of a one day turn around is unfair. I will now not have this present to present to my mother and the customer service seems to be all cut and pasted. I do not typically write reviews but I am frustrated at this point. It has been almost a month that the order was "In Production" The response I got from the company was " Please note that our production times are currently delayed (anywhere from 5-15 days) but any domestic order placed before Dec. 11th are currently being prioritized for shipment to meet the USPS holiday delivery cut off." My order was placed on November 27th. At least an e-mail saying that it is not going to arrive would have appreciated.

Still haven’t received items and no one will respond

I paid for my order and they haven’t shipped it a full month later. They blame the shipping company for delays but they say the order was never even dropped off.

Socks are too large, shapeless and way too wide. The fabric is non-breathable.

Very disappointed with my experience so far with pupsocks. I originally placed my order on November 24th. The confirmation email stated I would receive the socks in 12-15 business days. As these socks are a Christmas present that gave plenty of time for them to arrive before Christmas... After hearing nothing for just shy of a month I received a email yesterday stating the socks had just shipped!! weeks after they were due to arrive... It took 28 days just to process the order? It’s now December 23rd and the socks have still not arrived. I have reached out to their customer service twice on December 16th and the 22nd with still no reply...

I ordered socks for my son in November and still don't have them for Christmas.

I too ordered these socks back in November. My order is still in production and the best I could get from customer service was a poorly composed email from the CEO blaming the postal service... As of December 21 I am still getting very nicely composed marketing emails guarantying delivery for New Year's if I order now. It is not unreasonable with COVID to expect shipping delays. I respect that. The marketing spam to get those last minute orders in while the company has little chance of honoring them screams scam.
