Face is just one blur, no distinctive features, can't see any eyes. Super bummed as this was supposed to be a Christmas present.

The socks were not the quality that I was expecting. They looked nothing like the picture of the socks on your website. Those socks looked like typical tube socks. These were made of odd material and resembled men’s dress socks. On the front of both socks the printing was off center, so part of my dogs head was cut off. I never leave bad reviews but for the money I paid I was extremely disappointed and since you reached out I felt obligated to let you know.

The pictures turned out great, but the socks themselves don't fit like normal socks, they are "baggy" if that makes sense.

The picture is distorted can’t see the dog’s eyes witch is sad because her eyes are one of her great feathers. Not happy

I reached out bc there is a hole in the sock and no one has replied. It came with a hole.

We ordered the blanket with two dog faces on it. The blanket itself is very soft and the pattern is nice and colorful, however the dog faces which are the highlight of the blanket are awful. The cropping is really bad, the lighting of the faces is horrible, and the resolution is, again, bad. It could possibly be that the original pictures are not good enough (I sent the highest resolution) but I expected the vendor would help adjust the lighting to match with their printing/color settings, and the background of the blanket.

I was very clear with what I asked for under special instructions.. No one ever contacted me to state they would or could not honor my request. I received a pair of socks with just the head of the animal from the picture I sent. If they can't honor a request they should tell you before they send a pair of socks that cost $27 for one pair which includes the discount. It took 2 weeks (after they stated the order was completed) to get to my address once they provided a tracking number. They stated it can take up to five days before it starts moving in the USPS system. I imagine because they have so many orders it creates a label and it sits in their warehouse before a large order is sent and processed here by delaying the order before it actually starts moving.
