I have not yet received my order and I paid in bf I’ll weeks ago. There has been no communication to me. Very unhappy.

Never received my socks

Terrible customer service. Placed order 2 weeks before Christmas and obviously didn't get in time. No big deal, but no one would respond to questions about delays. On top of that, and more importantly, the pics were so dark that were printed on the socks you couldn't even tell from over 12inches away what they were! Obviously, no quality check on production. The pics, by the way, were just fine.

Horrible 😠 socks were late.. nobody would communicate with me. I ordered over a month before Christmas AND the socks looked awful… honestly I feel like I deserve my money back..

Never received my order . When I made the order they said I would have them in a week . It has been a month and no sign of them yet .

ORDERED 12/14, STILL HAVENT RECEIVED BY 1/5.

They put the wrong picture on my socks I sent a photo of our cat and my socks came though with a dog on them. The material is cheap and the size is huge. Also they arrived after Christmas when I was told they would arrive before Christmas (ordered Dec 9) I complained about all of this to customer service and they never got back to me to try to resolve the problem. Would never use this company again
