No delivery of the socks I ordered a month ago. Therefore spoilt my Christmas present giving. Never again. And I will not recommend to others!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! and they don’t even deserve 1 star...I placed my order on 12/2/20 and it still says in production..I have emailed twice and all I get back is an automated email blaming the postal service...today I sent chat on their website and no response...the 2 items I purchased were christmas gifts which is the worst part...Oh but they gladly took my money!!!

I have still not received my Pupsocks order which I placed on December 6th. It was promised to arrive in 8-10 business days and was a Christmas present. Now my tracking number says it will not arrive until the 26th, so the arrival was twice as long as promised. The gift was for a little boy and I was going to give it to him tonight for the Christmas party and now I can't. I am beyond upset. I am sure this order will be adorable but it doesn't really matter now.

They sent me the wrong socks with pictures of someone else's dog on them! I immediately emailed them with pictures of the mistake (they don't have a phone number for customer service) and it took them 4 days to even respond and then they asked me to repeat the same information that I had already sent! So, I sent the pictures again and my order number again and it's been over a week since I sent that email and I still have no response from them and don't have what I purchased over a month ago that was intended to be a Christmas gift (which is now 2 days away). I'm extremely disappointed.

I submitted an image of my dog. Received socks printed with a different dog. No explanation - I assume my order was mixed up with another customer’s order? Could not find a number to call on the website. I found a link for defective items stating to submit an image of the item, but it then links to a page that doesn’t allow the option to upload pictures. Overall a disappointing experience for the money spent.

I placed my order on Nov 18, in plenty of time for Christmas. It was intended as a gift for my wife. As of today, Dec 23, it has not arrived. Tracking showed it shipped on 12/18, then 12/21, now due 12/26. I hope the wait is worth it.

While we were very happy with the images on both the socks and face mask we ordered neither fit properly. The socks do not have shape and are more like cheap tube socks in both fit and material than expected. The mask does not fit any member of our household.
