I ordered children’s socks. I did not receive children’s socks. So that Christmas gift for them is going to suck.

I ordered a month ago and have not received my order nor do I have a timeline for when I might possibly receive it. Since it was a holiday gift, and somewhat expensive, I’m scrambling at the last second. Their site up until a week ago promised delivery for the holidays and I ordered in November. There has been absolutely no customer service efforts to resolve this other than auto-emails lacking any helpful guidance. Would NOT recommend unless you want a long drawn out process of getting nothing for you money.

I don't really know. I ordered socks and blankets on 11/18 for Christmas gifts. Still haven't received them. Probably covid related, but it's been a long time. The email confirmation said we should receive the order in 8-10 business days. It shipped on 12/18, and is now in the hands of the USPS. :0 Says they will be delivered Christmas eve. Hopefully. My dog has since passed away. It will be a very meaningful Christmas gift (if it comes in time.)

Two years in a row sent me the wrong order. Customer service takes weeks to answer if at all. No number to call, no replacement in time for Christmas. Horrible

I’m beginning to think this may be a scam company. I ordered a blanket for my wife as a Christmas gift on 11/27. On December the 11th I received three emails regarding the shipping update. First email stated label created, second email stated label canceled, and third stated label created. I never received any tracking information so I tried to contact pupsocks. No phone or chat is available. I had to leave a message and they replied two days later and told me not to worry. On December 22 they sent a FedEx tracking number. I was excited until I checked with FedEx and found out the package was being sent to San Diego - I live in Atlanta, 30 miles from PupSocks’ office. You can’t contact them in a timely manner to correct the error. My wife won’t receive this gift. I so wanted to enjoy this experience and support a local company.

It was my fault. I didn't know that there was a kitty blanket. So the blanket displayed dog bones and dog paws. Ooops lol
