I haven’t received my order yet
I haven’t received my order yet, ordered in November, even though it was shipped on 4/12/20 but still no delivery on 23/12/20. I contacted customer service support, very unhelpful blaming the delivery company that they use. Not happy at all with this “Service “ !!!

Incorrect dog on socks and no response back from company
I have reached out multiple times to pup socks on how to resolve the mistake on my order which had one of the pair of socks I purchased with a different dog entirely (yes it does not match the proof you sent me). It has been 2 weeks and no response via the emails or DM's on Instagram. Product with the correct dog on it looks good, but I am not impressed with their customer service. You should have a phone number if you cant handle email inquiries. Sorry, I am disappointed. Xmas gift will not make it under the tree.

Disappointed
Waited a month for the socks to come in (mostly USPS’s fault though) and when they came in they were the wrong socks. Overpriced especially considering they can’t deliver on what they promise. Wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.

Not as Described
The socks I received were not the photo I submitted. I sent an email asking for a refund a week ago and never heard back. I will have to dispute it with my credit card company. I am very disappointed and would not do business with this company again.

I placed an order for blue socks with…
I placed an order for blue socks with my friends dog on them. What I got was a pair of pink socks with a cat with a Christmas hat on. Tried contacting customer service through email and the little chat icon, and was just completely ignored. Issue went unresolved. Not happy if I didn’t have to leave a star I wouldn’t at all.

Do not order from this company
Do not order from this company. I ordered over a month ago. This company plays on click bait ads in order to get your money. Avoid this SCAM “company”

Five weeks after ordering, I still haven't received my PupSocks. I get that it's Christmas, but that's so excessive. You guys suck.
