Socks never arrived and customer service will not respond to any emails. I ordered over an month ago and have been provided with no tracking confirmation.

Still waiting for delivery!!!
It is hard to give a star when I am still waiting for the product which was ordered a month ago. I’m optimistic I will be pleased, but shipping is an issue during a pandemic and Christmas!

Epic Fail. No customer service
Disappointed. I waited for such a long time for them to arrive and discovered that they sent me the wrong socks with the wrong dog and strangers faces. Worst is that no one has ever gotten back to me to fix the problem. Epic fail.

One star is being generous
Horrible. Do not use this company. Ordered my blanket in November and still have not received it. They say to reach out to customer service, but they never respond. Do yourself a favor, save your money and time and order from another company. This was a Christmas present, I sad I ain’t be able to give it.

Very disappointed with this company
Very disappointed with this company. I ordered a Face mask. It cost $34.59!!! There was a misunderstanding and confusion about the number of pictures I uploaded. I asked at the time of the order, but rec'd no response. After the product was shipped, I inquired and expressed my displeasure. Back and forth with customer service. I declined the offer to have a store credit-why would I want to do business with this company again? I eventually for a $9.00 refund. What a rip off.
