Promoted fast turn around. Have yet to receive over a month later.
I ordered my socks from this company and paid over $25 more for two pairs of socks over another company because Pupsocks promoted much faster shipping. The order was placed on 18NOV and I received emails stating that there was delayed shipping. It's now 23 DEC. They have yet to arrive!

The worst experience
The worst experience. No email responses or replies to my number of email inquires. Not what you want, especially before Christmas. Not a happy customer!!

Ordered at the end of November..
Ordered at the end of November we’re in the end of December still no news! I wrote to pupsocks and again still no news!

Don’t bother.
Not much to review is there. No order received (sure blame USPS 18 days after my order was dispatched). Email address that bounces. Won’t say scam like others but woefully unprepared business and complete lack of customer service. Check. I look forward to a slow protracted refund process. Edit after response: The response is disingenuous. There has been no resolution provided by the company. The only resolution has been PayPal finding in my favour in the dispute and refunding my money.

I ordered socks back in November
I ordered socks back in November, and got an email saying they were shipped November 23rd and have not recieved them yet. I have also emailed the company, and have yet to hear back. If it gets resolved I will definitely change my review. Thanks

Worst company ever
The website advertises a one-day production turnaround. The order was not shipped in time. In fact, it was shipped with a two-week delay. I sent the company multiple emails and Facebook messages asking for an update on my order. I also requested to change the shipping address since I wasn't going to be available to receive the order at the initially specified address anymore. After over a week of trying to reach anyone, they finally replied giving me an update on my order, however, ignoring my request to change the shipping address. I emailed again - no response. The company website states that the shipping address can be changed before the order ships. After emailing them multiple times, finally, someone replies saying that the order has shipped and it is now impossible to change the shipping address.... This company is run by morons. Please don't waste your money on their product and go to a competitive company that won't treat you in such a fashion.

Ordered weeks ago and still do not have my order. You sent a backup order as well. It to has not arrived either. Stop using USPS for shipping. Signed, Sad for the holiday.
