Order not arrived
I ordered two pairs of socks on 24th November, it is now 24th December and they have still not arrived. I have emailed to see where they are and I have not received a reply other than the automated one. These were meant to be a Christmas gift.

Missing product, no response
I have an unresolved issue after months of reaching out to an unresponsive company. I still have not received my socks or a follow up email.

Lack of customer service
I have ordered socks from here before and loved them! But this time around not so much, I ordered a pair as a gift and received the WRONG order. Then I proceeded to try and get in contact with someone and I have not heard back in days and can not find a phone number. Very disappointed at the lack of customers service.

I have not received my products
I cannot review the products as I have not received them!! I am still waiting for an email from to see where the products are it was meant to come within 72 hours it's been 5 days!!! Not happy as these were a christmas surprise that I ordered at least 6 weeks ago.

These are not pajamas
These are not pajamas. They are leggings and supposed to be size large. I waited a month and a half to receive these. Horrible

Ordered on November 25. Today is December 23rd and they are still not here. Sent an email asking for some help/info in locating the socks and after 5 days I have still not received a reply/response. I’m very disappointed.

Do not purchase from PupSocks
Do not purchase from PupSocks. They charge your credit card immediately, provide no updates on the product shipment, and a month later when the socks arrived they were the wrong color with someone else's pet on it. If you try to contact them they do not respond.
