My order was placed on December 7th. Still now socks. It would be nice to know where this order is? and when it will be delivered. It shows it was shipped out on December 22nd.. but still noting?

I have not received my order. I have attempted to contact customer service multiple times and have never received any response. I have attempted to receive a refund and have received no res.

Disappointed with the nylon fabric of the socks.

1. I ordered the socks on 7th of Dec for a Christmas present to my husband. The deadline was 12th of Dec for the delivery before Christmas. Unfortunatelly my ordere arrived at 30th of Dec. 2. I ordered the biggest size XL, but it is hardly fit to my husband feet (size 10-10.5). 3. The metarial is low quality and it is not taylored as a normal socks. Very inconvenient to wear. 4. I ordered 3 cat face, and two of them are way darker than in the photo which submitted. I dont understand why the designers did not make it lighter during editing.

It’s no secret that Covid delays shipments and has for awhile now. That’s why it’s no longer an excuse to say that Covid caused the delay when the site specifically said that if I ordered before a certain date that I would get it before Christmas. Pupsocks has the data now to know when they can deliver something during Covid. The socks are also made of fairly shabby material.

They took much longer to create and ship than originally stated. It took close to a month and a half to arrive, rather than the stated 8-10 days + shipping. Upon receiving, it is apparent that the quality of sock material was terrible. It took about 5 minutes to try and stretch pull the socks on. Once on, the toe segment was square and baggy. Although the print quality was nice, I would not recommend as they cannot be worn.

I placed an order one month ago. I got a notification that it has been 1 week later, but I don't have any update since. I contacted the customer support, but I haven't received any reply.

No communication, late to arrive, no customer service response.
