GoPupSocksReviews of gopupsocks.com

The socks are OK. Disappointed that the special cropping instructions were ignored. I had asked that my cat’s collar be included in the cropping. Sure enough, it was not. Disappointing but these are a novelty item so I have not lost any sleep. But, I will not be placing another order for my dog’s face.

The fabric on these socks feel like canvas. They are not soft and cushiony, the way socks normally feel. I tried to contact the customer service department for over a week now but no response. Not so happy with this purchase.

I ordered 3 items, but in the package received I only got 1 of my items. The product itself is adorable and I am happy with it. However, customer service is left to be desired. I have emailed multiple times and auto reply states I will hear from someone in a couple of hours and it has been a week since my first email. I have spent alot of money on your products and would appreciate being contacted back.

The quality of the sock is terrible, I bought this as a Christmas present for my dad and I honestly do not want to give them because of how bad they are. Online the socks look like they would be a nice dress sock, but they are poorly made. The photo turned out well which is why I did not give 1 star.

The blanket was soft but the image is mediocre at best and the socks never arrived. I have messaged this company several times with no return of my concern. The products are not cheap the socks were over $20.00/pair and were not in the package. Dry sad and will not be ordering again. Would have given 1 star but at least some of my order got here in a timely fashion.

Expected higher quality all around

Over three weeks nothing delivered.

Communication was extremely lacking and communication is very important to me and is a key reflection of any business. The socks turned out perfect actually and I’m very satisfied with the quality of the product but the lack of communication is the reason I will not purchase through this company again.
