They advertised that you would get your item by Christmas if you paid for the fast shipping, which I did. The order even said 2-Day Christmas guarantee. It didn't arrive until 12/28. I've tried contacting them twice regarding this issue and no one has responded back regarding this guarantee. Bad form.

I have not received my socks yet and I have reached out to the company but have not received any response.

Extremely disappointed. Won't ever purchase again. I was very excited about this really fun idea. I purchased my socks on December 14th with the thought, based upon the website's description of deliver, that they would arrive before Christmas. They arrived yesterday, January 4th. Late delivery I could have overlooked. However, the picture on the socks looks like a black blob, the details of the picture have been totally lost so much so that you have to study it to even know that it is a dog. I am extremely disappointed and will never purchase again. I will be requesting a refund.

I'm super disappointed. The picture of my dog is adorable but the sock itself is cheap and uncomfortable. I have seen other companies create a similar item with a soft, nice looking sock. This one is barely recognizable as a sock... it's a giant tube of weird "fabric."

I ordered two pairs of socks 1 month ago and they still haven’t arrived. I live in a major city in Canada, not the North Pole. Also, since ordering from Pupsocks my email inbox has been flooded with spam and phishing emails. Pupsocks was the only new company I purchased from in the past few months. This will be the last time I ever order something from an Instagram ad.

I ordered 2 blankets, and only received one correct one. The other blanket isn't my dog I ordered. I have already sent 2 emails and no reponse.

The picture of my dog vs. what was actually printed was very different. What got printed on the socks was just a brown spot. You couldn't even make out that is was a dog's face. I was very disappointed in the results and felt that my money was just taken from me with no regard to quality control.
