I ordered 3 pairs of socks. Two were great and what I ordered the third was a random pic of a dog that is not mine. I submitted a support ticket on the website and never got any response.

I ordered two pairs of custom socks. That process was easy. The socks arrived in the mail and are dirty coming from the manufacturer. I reached out to customer support and haven’t heard back to resolve the issue.

I only received one of my two orders. The one I did receive looks nice. I thought the photo would have been larger though.

so I ordered socks way in advance like a month ago. I received a package with nothing in it. It took over a week for customer service to respond and I have still not received a replacement. I really like this idea and they seem great. Just a fluke I hope but they need to respond quicker for problems like this.

I was very disappointed in the socks. They almost feel like recycled plastic. :( I also was not aware that they were knee socks. They were supposed to be a Christmas gift for my mother who cannot wear socks of this type. I also ordered a blanket, we'll see how that turns out.

I am writing more on my experience of purchasing, rather than the product itself. I placed my order with the suggested production time from their website. A month later, I have no clue as to when my order will no longer be in production. I understand the holidays are a busy time, but it is never good to over promise and under deliver.

I was disappointed on several fronts. The socks are rough and have a high elastic content. I was hoping they'd be much softer. I chose the gray argyle, which looks dull, boring and lifeless. Finally, I didn't realize that they'd only use my pup's head.I sent 3 pictures, which was a waste of my money. The dog's Dad will be happy to receive them, but I doubt he'll wear them- too scratchy. Disappointing.

Socks looked great-- but made of some weird nylon/ plastic material.
