GoPupSocksReviews of gopupsocks.com

I ordered a pair for my daughter and her partner. The colors on the socks were not as nice as in the pictures on the website and I thought the way her dog’s head was cropped from the picture I provided was odd. But when they opened them at Christmas, they were so surprised and tickled to see their dog on the socks. They loved them! In the end, that’s what really matters.

Pleased to receive my order, but it took significantly longer than expected. The socks are not “cozy”- they are more like a flat printed sock. It was still nice to see our pup’s face on them, and know we were helping animals in need with the purchase. Cons: long processing time, poor quality sock Pros: cropped photo per request, color/design options, company helps animals in need

Cool product.. A bit overpriced, but a hit for Xmas gifts. Delivery was extremely late.

The graphics came out perfect but the quality of the sock material is uncomfortable And fits poorly

The idea is super cute and the design was nice, they did a great job cutting out the pups face and printing it on the socks.. it looks great. But the sock itself is terrible. The fabric isn't soft or comfortable, so while the print is nice, the socks themselves aren't wearable. Also, runs large.

The socks themselves, are awesome! My mom got me a pair with my dog's face and I absolutely love them. My most recent order however was for a co-worker as a belated Christmas present. I knew at the time of ordering it wouldn't arrive before Christmas and I was fine with that. I ordered 12/15, my order shipped 12/21, and now 1/8 I still have not received my order. When I ordered through PupSocks there was no way to select any kind of expedited shipping, which I would have done. I followed the tracking number per the email from PupSocks and it took me to UPS. Apparently the shipping is a Mail Innovations number and via the Live Chat with customer service, my package is at an UPS facility in my town grouped with many other packages of the same type and it can take 7 to 14 days for them to sort through and get them out for delivery. This is incredibly frustrating that I had no say in how I wanted to proceed with getting my order shipped and I hope in the future that PupSocks will add shipping options for the customer to choose from.

The website said if order placed by December 7th will receive by Christmas, that did not happen. The quality of the socks (softness) is not the greatest. I saw a pair that my niece ordered from Etsy and wished I had ordered from there. Sorry, I was but very disappointed :(

Took a month longer than expected, very little customer experience, socks weren't the highest quality, but the printing and design was perfect
