I bought socks and a mask. The socks are not a comfy material all. My friend liked the idea but put them on and took the right off. Also i bought everything before Christmas. I paid xtra to get them in time for Xmas and they came the week later. I also reached out to the company asking about a promo code I forgot to enter. I know it was Christmas time so I figured they would take a little while to respond. still no response from the company. Great idea they have putting our pets faces on stuff. But won’t be ordering from here again.

Ordered ~2 weeks before Christmas because their website promoted it would ship prior to Xmas....wasn't true. The socks finally arrived 2 weeks late and the quality of the socks is laughable. Very thin and low quality. We did 2 cats on the socks, one of them printed so dark its just a black shadow of a cat. The photo I provided was not dark like this. While I understand during the printing process colors won't be photo-accurate, this is a big difference and anyone at the company doing quality control would have caught it and considered it unreasonable to produce as is. As it stands, I ended up giving someone a gift two weeks late that they will never wear, with one of their cats and a siloutte of another. I give them two stars only because I can appreciate their willingness to contribute funds to the humane society (assuming that is actually occurring).

I appreciate a good novelty but $60 for 2 pair of kids socks is the upper echelon of what I’d spend on a novelty, so I had high expectations. Ordered 12/22 and shipped 12/28 (quick! given holidays), but bc they use the most inexpensive and slow shipping method possible (felt intentional - soo thin could have just put in an envelope w/stamp), they bounced between UPS and USPS and didn't arrive until 1/7. The XS say kids size 1-5, which is a big range. My kids a 1 and 85% of weight for age so not a toothpick. Sock was so baggy it didn’t even need to stretch to get on her foot. Also didn’t seem to have any contour for calf or ankle. Reminded me of a flattened tennis ball container. Rolls of extra fabric meant They’re uncomfortable and constantly falling down. The dogs face is cool but, maybe we can regift them to her in 5-6 years when they at least stay up. Definitely regret the purchase.

It said that my order would come before Christmas, when it didn't. Therefore I couldn't gift it. I was going to cancel and contacted support, and they said they would get back to me within 72 hours. They didn't respond for at least 3 weeks. I ordered 3 pairs of socks. One was misprinted poorly and there are white spots where the sock was creased when being printed. For another one, the dog looks like a brown blob. You can't even make out what it is, and whoever cropped it did a horrible job. The photo wasn't even dark so I should at least be able to make out the dog's eyes. Unsure if I should resend the same photo but edited even lighter, or if I should resend an entirely different photo.

I am unhappy with the three pair of PupSocks I ordered. While they are cute and the photos and visual design are as expected, the design (shape) of the socks being of the tubular type is horrible for fit...uncomfortable around the ankles. Equally poor is the quality of material used...the feel of the fabric is like plastic. Is it even fabric at all? For the cost of these socks, I (we) expected higher quality materials and fit. If this cannot be corrected, I will not order again and cannot recommend this product.

Do not order from this company! They are impossible to get ahold of! I’ve left about 5 emails, no one has reached out. I placed my order a month ago, only received one item out of 3 and no one has contacted me to what’s going on! I’m to the point I’ll have to take it up with my bank because they owe my 100$ or the things I ordered

SLOW to ship & nearly impossible to contact. I ordered socks on Dec. 10th, at that time of order on their website it listed 'ships in 3-5 business days!' (I have the screenshot) Then an email confirmation arrived stating '8-10 business days'.They did not even arrive in 8-10 days & I could not reach anyone from customer service. When I finally did & told them that the shipping update kept adding another day whenever I checked it, they responded that the order was "lost in transit" & that they could ship a new one directly to the recipient. It is now Jan 10th & this new order - which was a Christmas gift has not yet arrived! And then of course about 3 days after that, the original order did finally arrive to me, Jan 6th - almost 1 month later - so it wasn't "lost" it was just SLOW. I understand that this is custom produced & that holiday shipping is hectic, however the website advertises specific & quick turnaround times, and when they couldn't be met there was hardly anyone I could reach to find out what was happening with the order. The socks look good, but it was a complete hassle & the excitement of the gift has been lost b/c we still haven't been able to gift them as of Jan 10th!
