I placed my order on November 24th, and It still didn't arrive. So I try to contact the company, but they don't reply to my email. So disappointed. I don't recommend it.

I love the idea behind pup socks but am pretty disappointed in the product. Besides receiving my socks very late, from ordering to delivery, the sock material is weird (like neoprene) and the face of my pup (who is black) is very poor quality. And there is a weird black oval on the back of the sock? Super bummed!

Extremely disappointed with this company. I placed an order a week or two before Christmas, well aware that it may not be delivered in time. I paid the extra money ($13) to get 2 day air shipping (as the website states “Christmas money back guarantee!”). The Monday before Christmas I got an email saying the order was shipped (December 22). The order was shipped by UPS Surepost (UPS takes the package to the nearest USPS, then the Postal Service delivers it from there.) There’s absolutely no way a Surepost delivery would make it in 2 days. (I work in the supply chain industry and directly with shipping carriers so I have personal experience with this. Any business who ships this many orders understands this.) The order wasn’t received until December 30. The tardiness could’ve been the only issue, and overlooked but when I had my boyfriend open the package, we realized that these are maybe the worst quality socks we’ve ever seen. They’re shaped for an arm, not a foot. Once you stretch them a tad, the whole design is distorted. Alongside all of that, I sent Pupsocks an email and an Instagram message on 12/23. No response from either. It seems as though they couldn’t care less about their customers, the quality of their product or their brand. I would expect a much higher standard if so. I do not recommend these socks or this company. This was the present I was most excited to arrive for my Fiancé because our dogs are our whole world. Unfortunately, while they’re cute to look at, that’s nowhere near the reality.

The order completely came out wrong, there was no print on the socks whatsoever, also I have emailed this company multiple times about a refund and have not yet received an email back nor my refund…

This product isn't even a sock. It doesn't even resemble the shape of a sock - just a tube. I want my $ back. My husband can't even wear these things so if we can't receive a refund, we'll just try to repurpose them into...whatever we can??!

I won't order these again! The dog on my socks wasn't my dog, and the photo of my dog pictured was in the confirmation of the socks being shipped! I have sent two emails to ask for a refund and one kicked back and the other, crickets!

Worst costumer service, they never answer my questions or requests. Not even my reimbursement requests. My order never arrived and I Would not recommended it at all.

Was unable to expedite shipping online, contacted support and they would not get back to me. Item was late.
