GoPupSocksReviews of gopupsocks.com

Got mine today. Very disappointed. I can get over the thin poor quality sock but the pic of my pet is so dark it's more like a blob. The design crew obviously doesn't care. My Pic was not this poor and I would post a picture of my Pic and one of my socks if I could.

The sock quality is rather cheap and the fit is boxy. Do not recommend.

I realize both dogs are black but none of their features came out in the print.  I don't know why someone couldn't have played with the brightness/contrast to get it to a point where the dogs were actually visible instead of 2 black blobs.Love the idea of these socks, unhappy with the way the product came out. 2 weeks into their 72 hour response time and still haven’t heard a thing.

The selecting of my custom socks and ordering were 10 stars. It was after that, when things dropped. First my shipping address was wrong, It was correct through PayPal, however got changed somehow. I noticed it while the item was in the middle of shipping. I knew it was going to be returned. I made several attempts to contact the company with no joy. It was only after my bad review that someone reached out. GREAT! - no, The weekend came and everything stopped. This person even asked for the new shipping address. Great Again, - no. Nothing has changed, and now my socks are back at the company (according to USPS). These are custom socks so there is no resale value. I would like for them to be resent using the correct shipping address or reorder the socks. I DO NOT WANT TO CANCEL THE ORDER.

The customer journey on the website was great. However, I never received my order or a refund...Customer services at both Pupsocks and USPS never answered my request for information.

Ordered 3 sets for 3 different dogs, got only 2 dogs back *they duplicated one dog on 2 orders and totally left out the 3rd dog* tried to email support. I've heard NOTHING.

I was so excited to get these socks but when they arrived I could barley even see my dogs face on the them.. she’s tan on pink socks! The picture I sent over wasnt dark either which I thought might have caused the issue. The socks are also very thin and not as soft as I hoped. Overall bummed about this Christmas present now being a flop of a gift i was very anxious to get.. and those are some expensive socks..

The concept is great! I sent my picture to them thinking they would outline the face only based on the pictures on the site. The used the whole picture. The quality of the material is not necessarily sock material and there is a viable seam. Very disappointed. I sent an email to customer service and it failed.
