I ordered socks for my wife, with three different cat faces. It ended up being very expensive, so I expected them at least follow their own process that they list on their website. I put in the notes that the photos needed to be lightened, and I was right because two of faces came out very dark. I didn't receive a proof to approve, and after a week and a half to two weeks from when I placed my order, I filled out the form on their website with my order number asking for a status update and I never heard from them. A week and a half after that they surprisingly arrived in the mail, I never received a notification email saying they had shipped. I was very disappointed when they arrived and I was very disappointed with their lack of communication.

My order arrived on December 31st and was to be a Christmas gift. When the package was opened, it was not the item I ordered. I’ve written two emails with zero response.

Ordered a pair of socks and paid extra for the guarantee by Christmas delivery or your money back. Originally was shipped and estimated delivery was well before Christmas… all of a sudden Christmas comes with no socks. They were delivered on the 29th. No big deal because I ordered a little late to begin with and should have planned ahead instead of relying on something to arrive a few days to a week before Christmas. My review is because I have sent two emails and messages that have not been responded to. The sale said as long as your order was completed prior to December 19th than it was guarantee delivery or money back. My order was well before the 19th. I have sent the messages asking for the reimbursement sent obviously it should be and have not been responded to yet. One email sent on the 27th and another on the 3rd. Then all of a sudden I get an email asking for a review? Well you asked for it. The product is fine but not as good as advertised. Probably wouldn’t buy or recommend not based on the print of the animal but the actual product of the sock. The communication is terrible. If you are relying on them to fulfill a promise or guarantee it’s not gonna happen or at least not quickly, in my opinion not responding for over a week is not acceptable. I have time since I figured with the new year maybe y’all were closed but by now I should have been contacted.

Tried to get my dogs face on some socks. They printed a black silhouette outline of his face. Sent them a support request to try to get it fixed. Said someone would contact me within 72 hours. It has now been over 10 days and no one has contacted me or tried to help me. I have sent 4 different support requests with no response. DO NOT BUY. Avoid!

I received the totally wrong order and I have emailed and was told I would receive an email back within a couple of hours. I have not heard back with a resolution and am frustrated because this was a Christmas gift! Please get back to me.

These socks are awful - weird fabric, weird shape - not good at all. I’m frankly embarrassed that I gave 2 of these as Cmas gifts! Also, I paid for ‘guaranteed by Christmas’ delivery and not only did I not get it by Christmas, it came multiple days after AND despite multiple emails, I never heard back from the company! They advertise money back guarantee, but that’s obviously not the case. I have disputed the charge with my cc company, based on all this! Spend your money elsewhere!
