Socks didn’t really come out as I envisioned. Very hard to see the design

My package shipped about 2 weeks ago and still haven’t received it. The tracking info doesn’t give me any updated info

I ordered two pair of socks with two different pictures of our dog. One pair of socks and almost what I asked for but the second pair of socks had a picture of a dog that was not mine. I’m still waiting on a reply from customer service but since I got this review request I figured I’d do it now. Hopefully they will make it right and hopefully I’ll get the socks before Christmas.

I asked for the hats be left on the dogs. The hat was left on one but not the other

Socks turned out ok, but service not so much - after a month it still showed "in special production", when it shipped it didn't notify me still showed "in production".

While the product is "ok" shipping takes forever. Expect about 20 days.

One of the pictures of my pups face used was messed up… it was unfortunate because you can’t even tell what the photo is of. I felt if it was the photo selected I should’ve been told beforehand

I placed an order the week of Thanksgiving. I had chosen and uploaded 2 photos of my dogs for the socks. I received my order very late and the socks do not have my dogs on them. They are of a different dog. I sent an email through the website but have yet to hear back and that was over a week ago. I will not be ordering again. This was to be a gift for my son. Order 2622688.
