Random pets on the socks we received
We received socks with random pets on them, not our dogs' pictures. Tried many times to contact the company, and only received automated messages saying volume was high due to COVID. I ordered these in mid December for Christmas. Almost two months later, I have not received the socks I ordered, nor have I been refunded. Addendum: We finally received our correct order. I am changing this from a one star to a three star review. The socks we finally received are exactly as expected, however, they were received almost 2 months after they were ordered, with no compensation for the delay.
