I customized a blanket, mask & pair of socks for Christmas gifts for my family. The blanket & mask showed up but the socks are nowhere to be found. Says in the email all 3 items shipped together and it has been over three days and I can’t get a hold of customer service. I have emailed them 3 times with no response. The two items that did arrive are decent quality except one of the face’s on the blanket is muffled.

The socks are quite uncomfortable and awkward to wear. The pic is cute, but you're just paying for the that first moment of endeared surprise. I wish they would print on socks that someone could actually enjoy wearing.

The pictures were nicely cropped, but most of the images on the socks were considerably smudged so many of the faces were just smudged ink blobs. The socks are also not great quality.

Shipping takes forever and the socks are poor quality

The socks are really thin and the material feels cheap, the image is blurry, looks like poor quality work, not too happy with them. Too expensive for what I received. I just won’t buy anything else from Pup socks. I was really expecting better quality and a nice clear image. Not the case. Definitely not pleased. Maybe they are okay for some people but didn’t meet my expectations.

I ordered socks as a Christmas gift on 11/25 to be proactive & get my gift in time. After over 2 weeks, I received my package and was sent someone else’s socks. Mistakes happen, but I was hoping for more urgency since it was obviously the company’s fault. It took 4 days for a customer service response and they said they will remake and resend my order. I asked if there would be any expediting (expedited production or at least pay for expedited shipping) and they said no. So now I will have to wait another 2+ weeks like it was a brand new order and my gift will be arriving after well the holidays. So they really did nothing at all to remedy their mistake which is incredibly disappointing. The quality of the socks (from the random order I received) were not soft/comfortable like I would hope. Almost like a thin spandex material.

The picture i sent was cropped and used. The picture was of a cat and dog next to each other but only the puppy was on the blanket. I may have not understood the directions but contact from customer service realizing the poc i uploaded would not be on the blanket would have been nice.

They are very cute but very very polyester and at $24+ dollars a pair - I’m not thrilled.
