The material is way too thick. It took forever for the order to finally arrive and when it did there was a rip at the top of the socks. Definitely disappointed and will not be ordering again.

I placed my order for Christmas presents on December 9 and it’s January 5 and I still have not received my order. Can’t get anyone to answer my email they just send tracking info that shows it has no information. Very disappointed to say the least

I have still not received the socks and no response to the email I sent questioning. Insult to injury a scammer keeps putting a telephone number for customer service in the reviews..this number gets you to people claiming the socks are out of stock, even though I received an email that were shipped, with no shipping activity. In order to refund me they claim they need to send a form directly to your computer. When you question the process, they hang up on you. Very disappointing..

Awful experience. Ordered socks with my dog on it. Received cats and the incorrect color at that. They are not responsive at all and enjoy taking peoples money. Scam! Don’t purchase! They should be shut down!

They have yet to arrive!!!!!!! Got your email 12/22 saying 'order shipped'. Departed Georgia 12/24. Arrived in NJ 12/28. Arrived in Wayne, NJ, where I live 12/29. So where is it???????????

Paid extra for "guarantee" of arrival by Christmas. Did not arrive. No refund. Was supposed to ship 2 day air. Shipped via USPS. Images used were not the ones uploaded. Failed on every possible point that could have failed. Inept at best.

I put a simple order in for one pair of socks in December. It seemed from the website the orders were made and delivered quickly, but mine came incredibly late. On top of that, the socks were completely wrong (not just design, but also the wrong dog). I guess it got mixed up with someone else’s order. There was no packing slip or anything, so once I found the email online I let them know immediately. One week later, no response. Just sent in another email, hopefully they’ll get back this time. I was iffy about placing the order in the first place because I had a bad feeling of the legitimacy of the site.. now I wish I didn’t and just went elsewhere.
