Had a throw blanket done. The photo was great. The blanket material thin and cheap.

I really like the pictures of my…kitties
I really like the pictures of my kitties but the quality of the sock is not great. It’s very stiff.

These are really cute but cheap materials
These are really cute….however the socks are made of a cheap material that is thin and scratchy. I really wanted to love these but the whatever they are made of feels horrible on your feet

Not the best socks
Not the best socks, don't look like a good fit but they are a Xmas present so can't be sure. Quite expensive

A bit disappointed
They did a phenomenal job of putting the dogs pictures all over the socks, but the quality of the socks is sorely lacking.

Unhappy customer
Last Update: I updated my rating because after a few back and fourths they decided to take care of my request. This could have went a different way but I feel a lack of experience allowed us to waste an hour out of our day.
Added after interaction with customer service: This is a horrible company to deal with. I will post a picture of the awful blanket sent to me. They will refund me minus $9 for a mistake they made. 🤣
I ordered a X Mas gift with 2 cat faces on it. The blanket showed up with 1 face on it and it looked terrible. I contacted customer service and had a chat with Daniel. He couldn't help w/o a picture of it. I informed him I was at work and would be glad to email a pic later but to help me get this taken care of now. He couldn't so I was transferred to Antwanette. I was patient while she took 15 minutes to look over everything. When she got back I was disconnected. I tried to reconnect asap and it took me back to Daniel, who stated Antwanette wasn't available. 🤷 I was emailed the chat and it said Daniel disconnected us. Find another company who stands behind their products. If I could leave a pic of what I received, you all would run.

Thanks for taking the time to leave your review. Your order was thoroughly looked into based on your order complaint. While responding with the confirmation of your images and the design chosen, you disconnected from our live chat. A follow-up email was sent immediately after. Your order was not printed incorrectly as the design choice " Custom FaceMash Blanket" was selected on your order. Because a photo of what you received has not been provided, we can only go by the print file we have in our system for your order. I have resent your order details to confirm your order selections. Please note that your images were meshed together as the design choice states. Additionally, the results of your custom blanket reflect the two images uploaded, which were one front-facing image and one image from a side view, which is why the faces are looking in opposite directions. We do not alter your images, we print what our customers upload for their orders. Again, I am very sorry you are unhappy with the results although we have extended the option of a new design with a replacement item and recommended that a new photo be provided both being front-facing photos for best results.
