I'm very disappointed with my experience with PupSocks. I had placed my order in November and received an email my order had shipped, and that was the last I have heard from PupSocks. My order never came, I emailed and reached out on instagram for assistance with my order, as the last tracking update was November 26th and nothing. I will be following up (again...) and will be requesting a refund. Very disappointed with the customer service.

I’ve yet to receive my order placed on. November 26th . I emailed them to inquire about the status of my order and received an automated response stating that they would respond in 72 hours. Lo and behold I received an email that same day that my order had shipped. I’ve tried over the past few days to track the package to no avail. These were to be a Christmas gift but I have no hope that I will receive them in time. Highly disappointed.

I was so excited to order these socks for my daughter as a Christmas gift, however, they came with just a dog face outline. I wish someone in quality control would have checked them before sending them out. I emailed the company and understand it’s Christmas, however they said they would get back in 3 days. Today is day 4 and I haven’t heard anything. 🥺

The photo color was not accurate. It was yellowish and needed to be whitened.

My socks did not turn out. The pic I sent was clear and the dog is white with black spots. The pic on the socks the dog looks gray. Wasn’t impressed

I placed my order for socks and my order was lost in the mail twice. The customer service was great and took a discount off my order but this gift was for a friend who lost their pet so a timely delivery was really important to being thoughtful. I have ordered from Pup socks before and did not have any issues but I wish my order had been timely for my friend’s sake. I will consider using Pup socks again for less timely orders.

The ordering process and creation of the socks were good, however I have yet to receive my order (ordered 17 November and its currently 12 December)

My order is taking forever to get here. Ordered November 25 and it's December 17 and still hasn't shipped. I get delays right now, but I reached out to the team via Facebook DM, website chat and email and no one responds. Poor customer service and will not be ordering from here again
