I emailed about face mask order, paid $17++ and it was horrible product. Never got a responds.

I had shipping problems and never heard back from customer service. Socks are poor quality and scratchy and my daughter will not wear them.

Never got the socks and looks like the tracking number is fake since nothing has happened with it since November 24th. Waiting for a reply from the company for a refund. Do not recommend!

I never received my order. The tracking still says that it's awaiting to be received by UPS. I tried to email them and the email bounced. I tried to contact them and I didn't hear anything back. Very disappointing.

The only reason I leave one star is for the poor customer service or zero customer service. I purchased 3 socks as Christmas gifts. 2 turned out great. The other not so much. I right away emailed on 12/17/21 on how to order a replacement and asked for help. Not a peep from them. 10 days later again emailed and nothing. 5 days later, I got a response that someone will reach out to me but nothing. Now here it is 01/05/22 and still nothing. I understand that it was the holidays and I was not expecting a replacement in time for Christmas. I just would like some help on the item that I paid hard earned money on and some kind of communication that they care if you’re happy or not with the end product. So I guess you can order hope for the best and if you’re not happy then your out of luck! Never buying from here again.

Arrived 2 1/2 weeks late. Bad tracking information was provided. No response to multiple customer service emails. No response to social media queries. Socks are junk and barely recognizable as socks. If I could give them negative 5-stars I would. Stay away. Research them, they have a long history of scams and bad reviews.

Fabric of socks is weird, thin with a tight, smooth weave. Not like any sock I’ve ever seen. Main issue was that I bought these for a gift and asked for my friend’s cat’s face to be lightened a little. Instead, they darkened it. The dog looks great, but the cat head looks like a generic 2- dimensional solid black cat head shape, not a photo of her actual cat at all. (Her cat isn’t black). It took forever for these to get here, and I don’t want to give her her Christmas gift any later than I already am, so I’m not returning. Also I have no faith they’d be better if I tried again. Going to give them as a joke gift I guess, and give her something else nice to go with them? Disappointing waste of money.

I have emailed the customer service team twice about a blanket I ordered on Dec 3rd that I never received. It never arrived and no one has responded to my inquiry. I contacted the Post office and UPS and they told me the item was never physically scanned so it was not received. No one has rectified this situation.
