Ordered socks and the photo I provided (my dog has a black face) did not look good on red socks. No place did it say to use a lighter sock if your pet is dark. Cute but beware of what you order. Also said it would ship in 8 days which it did not and no response from company when asked for updated shipping. Says 100% guarantee for satisfaction and once again, no response!

A little disappointed at the results. Granted my dog is completely black. The pups look like a merky outline.

I love the blanket. It is cuddly and cute. The mask is literally half the size of a standard mask. You get to pick. Have it go over your chin, or your nose. A sorry product for $15.

I ordered 3 pairs of socks: 2 with my dog, and one for my aunt. I received 3 pairs of socks, but only 1 was correct. The other 2 pairs were random dogs. The one pair that was correct looks nice. I verified my order online- it is correct for what I wanted, and definitely not what I got. These were supposed to be Christmas presents. I immediately contacted customer service- I was told that it would be 72 hours before someone got back to me. Understandable around the holidays, but it’s now been 5 days. I’ve gotten a ton of emails asking me to order more, but not a word from customer service. I love the charitable angle, which I why I was willing to pay so much for socks, but this experience is just disappointing.

Very cute, but they have yet to be shipped. I have been waiting for weeks, and no movement has happened with my tracking label. Really hoping to get these in time for Christmas.

I was psyched about this idea - ordered 2 pairs of custom socks. It took 3 weeks to receive my order and one pair was correct, the other pair was not. Also, the quality of the socks is a little...odd. They are very thin and kind of spandexy...not what I expected and not sure if the recipients of the gifts are going to actually wear them...

Ordered 2 custom/ one face pair. One was correct. The other was someone else’s order I imagine. Socks weren’t as soft feeling as I figured they would be.

I ordered 2 pairs of socks for my wife for Christmas. I was pleased with one pair, but the other did not turn out the way I had envisioned. I read their satisfaction policy, so I reached out to customer service 4 days ago, and have gotten absolutely no response - aside from an email asking for a review. It would be hard for me to recommend going with Pupsocks, especially when there are companies that are quite a bit less expensive. The shipping was also very slow. Overall, not a fantastic experience.
