I have been a happy customer for a few years, but this last order was so disappointing. I put in an order on Cyber Monday, and my order didn't come until after Christmas, leaving me to scramble to purchase other gifts that would be here in time. I tried reaching out before this happened and heard nothing about the status of my order. I still have no idea why, nor did the company seem to care. Up until the week of Christmas the website said they had plenty of availability, stock, and were shipping. So I would think ordering 3 weeks in advance would be sufficient. The company is in my hometown so there really is no reason. My interaction with customer service was NOT helpful. I won't be ordering again.

Based on a Facebook ad I placed an order around Dec 15, expecting to get my socks prior to Christmas. Needless to say this did not happen and my order arrived around Dec 30th. I had placed a request for status of my order prior to Christmas and got an auto reply they would contact me in 72 hours. What company still in business replied to an order inquiry 72 hours later? When I got the socks I was disappointed in the qualify. My wife wears a size 7 1/2 so I ordered a size small per their size chart. When she tried on the socks they were very baggy. Not what I expected. In addition, one of the photos I sent was of a gray cat. It came out so black on the socks you could not make out the eyes,

Quality of cutout was bad. I sent an email with no return response. Very dissatisfied!

Haven’t recived My socks jet

Coming up on a month since I ordered and I still haven’t received the product.

I wrote at least three times for shipping/production updates. I ordered on 12/9/21, and I have yet to receive a response. It is 1/6/22. I did receive the socks this week (after I needed them for a Christmas gift), but they are not what I expected. Our dog is black, and the way they cropped/printed the socks, it looks like a black blob. :( I sent a professional photo (really, my best friend is a photographer and took puppy pictures), so the quality of the photo could not have been better. I am disappointed in the time it took (wasn't able to give my gift to our daughter), the lack of response from the company, and the quality of the photo on the socks. It is definitely not what I expected. I have not written the company yet because we just received them, but I will do that ASAP.

The socks are adorable looking, but the material is awful. Coarse, zero stretch, super thin, uncomfortable, and not wearable at all. I'm so sorry, but I would really like my money back.

Beautiful to look at, cats picture is perfect. Material sock is made out of is terrible, don't stretch at all, can't get over calves. Very disappointed
