I ordered the socks with our dogs face on them. We have a black dog. The picture I had sent you could clearly see our dogs face, eyes, etc...however, when we received the socks all we could see was a black blob. There were no facial features. If they have issues with producing black animals I wish they would note that on their website or at least email me prior to producing the socks that there would be an issue. I emailed them with my complaint and never received a response back. Very disappointed and I won't be ordering from them again.

Socks seem to be of decent quality. Paid extra for 2 day shipping and from email indicating my order shipped to receiving was 8 days! Contacted customer support and still have yet to hear back...again 8 days so far. Would not order from again at this point, we'll see if they get back to me and remedy this.

Ordered my socks back in the beginning of December. Ever since then i haven’t gotten one email or confirmation that they’ve been sent. I have no idea where the socks are at cause they didn’t give me a tracking number. I’ve tried reaching out to them and haven’t gotten a response back. I just want my money back and to cancel the order. Worst decision ever going through these people. Absolute joke

Despite ordering in November, it’s January and I’ve still received neither of my orders I’d anticipated on giving as Christmas presents to my family (and myself.) It wasn’t cheap, and I’ve sent plenty of packages back and forth without a problem. What’s more, as soon as I began to report problems, all communication ceased. No responses, and now not even advertisements, which had been coming in three times a week. Honestly, I really would like these socks, so it bums me out to be writing this, but I don’t know what else to say. I checked my receipt, and my order information was entered correctly, but the registered address for their shipping information a) had been entered with spelling mistakes and b) was never updated, despite the post office here being super forgiving about address errors. Pupsocks if you’re reading this, please do the right thing.

I'm very disappointed in the socks. They do not fit well at all. Baggy and saggy around the ankle but very tight at the top. My 10 year old son gifted his 17 year old brother with 2 pair for Christmas and he can't wear them due to the fit. When paying $25 per pair you expect them to be comfortable as well as cute with your preferred picture. These socks definitely were so very disappointing.

My order doesn’t arrived yet

I ordered three pairs of socks and two were correct (I received someone else’s dog socks when I ordered three cat socks). The return process is a nightmare. I’ve been trying to get a hold of customer support for over a week and still no response. Product was fine, but customer support it’s horrible.

2nd review in less than a month - order received on 12/28 and partially wrong. I emailed them immediately and still no response. This is ridiculous and unacceptable!!! How has anyone gotten resolution with this company? Phone number?
