Ordered 6 pairs of socks and paid extra for shipping to arrive before Christmas with a money back guarantee. The socks did not arrive until New Years Eve. I reached out to customer support on 12/26 and again on 12/30 since I still had not received my order, but I have yet to receive a response from them and it’s 1/7. The images of the pets on the socks looked perfect, the material of the sock itself is thinner than I expected. But overall the sock does look good. I just wish their customer support was more responsive since I paid extra for a promised delivery date or money back guarantee, which does not seem to be a true statement.

I got these socks for my daughter for Christmas and she loves them. When I got them I felt they were a little bit expensive for the style and material used. I'm very glad I got them for her but I wouldn't buy them again.

My daughter loves the socks! One minor drawback - it's difficult see our dog's eyes on the socks, though they are readily apparent in the photo we sent. Other than that, the socks were excellent. Thanks!

service was great and the art was spot on from the picture I sent. The only ding is for the socks themselves. Not great socks and I feel like when you are selling socks with pictures on it that you should have good socks. They do not fit the feet despite having the right size. They are too big, oddly boxy in the toe and go way up the calf, but then fall down since they dont stretch enough at the top, even for a narrow ladies calf.

I would have given you a 5 but the socks I ordered for a man look like women's socks! I'm not sure he will wear them! But the face mask is adorable! Betsy

If you’re thinking this would make a great gift, they 1000% are! I ordered a pair my sister for Christmas with her new puppy on them and they turned out even better than I could imagine! The only downside is what I was quoted for the shipping time. The order summary said 3-4 days, but after completed the purchase my order confirmation said up to 8 days for my sock purchase. Shipping these days is totally unpredictable, but I just wish there could have been more transparency and clarification of the delays being experienced. My sis didn’t get her socks until 11 days after I purchased them.
